On World Teachers’ Day

Our administration is one with the Filipino people in celebrating World Teachers’ Day.
We honor the thousands of men and women who have made it their life’s work to educate our children, youth, and adults—sharpening their minds, shaping their values, and encouraging them to become dynamic and productive members of society.
The Aquino government remains committed to elevating the quality of our educational system and uplifting the noble vocation of teaching.
