From the Website of PAF - PHIL AIR FORCE links:  http://www.paf.mil.ph/press/2015/agi2015.html ANNUAL GENERAL INSPECTION OF PAF COMMENCES The Inspector General of the Armed Forces of the Philippines from the Headquarters in Camp Aguinaldo, MGEN BENITO ANTONIO T DE LEON, AFP, visited the Philippine Air Force last August 6, 2015 in connection with the Annual General Inspection from August 6-26, 2015. A military honor was accorded to MGEN DE LEON upon his arrival at the HPAF quadrangle led by the Air Force Inspector General, MGEN RUBEN L CARANDANG AFP followed by a courtesy call to the Commanding General, PAF, LTGEN JEFFREY F DELGADO AFP at Villamor Air Base, Pasay City. The objective of the 3-week inspection in the PAF is to assess its operational readiness and evaluate its overall capability and effectiveness. Other Major Services of the AFP are also subject to this regular inspection. A dialogue with MGEN DE LEON was also conducted, where all HSSG, HPAF Officers, Enlisted Personnel and civilian employees tackled and focused on three parts, the Leadership and Management; Morale, Welfare and Discipline and the Law and Order existing with the command.
