THE LATEST ISSUES TODAY FROM GOVERNMENT AFP AND PHILIPPINE ARMY WEBSITES, SOME INSURGENTS ARE LAY DOWN THEIR ARMS AND THE GOVERNMENT GIVE THEM A NEW LIFE TO CHANGE THEMSELVES FOR COMMON GOOD. THE GOVERNMENT WELCOME THEM TO START A NEW LIVING AND GOOD LIFE. 

THE GOVERNMENT GIVE THEM A NEW LIFE WHAT ABOUT THE DETAINEES IN BICUTAN AND CAMP CRAME AND OTHER CUSTODIAL AREA OF THE GOVERNMENT TO INSURGENTS, ARE THE GOVERNMENT GIVING THEM A CHANCE TO NEW LIFE AND LIVING AND GIVE THEM A GOOD START.   

WHY THOSE GOVERNMENT POW'S OR POLITICAL DETAINEES ARE STILL HELD AND JAIL FOR A LONG TIME AND THEY ARE NOT GIVING A NEW LIFE BY THE GOVERNMENT. ARE THIS DETAINEES DID NOT SURRENDER LIKE THE OTHERS WHOM THE GOVERNMENT GIVE A NEW LIFE?  ACCORDING TO GOVERNMENT AND ALSO TO THE INSURGENTS PUBLICATIONS THAT THEY ARE CHARGE OF A SERIOUS CRIMES DURING REBELLION.  REBELLION IS THEIR CRIMES AS THE GOVERNMENT SANCTIONS FOR THOSE AGAINST THEM OR TOOK REBELLION AND WHAT THEY DO IN REBELLION IS INCLUDED IN THE REBELLION CHARGE AS THE LOGICAL AND RATIONALITY OF LEGAL SANCTIONS FOR THAT.  THE REBELLION CHARGE IS QUITE A DEEP PUNISHMENTS UNDER OUR PENAL CODE AND IT IS ENOUGH ON CASES AGAINST REBELLION IN GOVERNMENT.  UNDER OUR REBELLION CASES THERE IS AMNESTY PROGRAM OF THE GOVERNMENT TO GIVE TO ANY POLITICAL DETAINEES AND THERE IS NO HINDRANCE OF ANY CHARGES TO THEM BECAUSE ONLY REBELLION IS THE ONLY CHARGES TO ANY DETAINEES WHY THEY ARE NOT RELEASING IN THE DETENTIONS.   

THOSE GIVEN AN AMNESTY REWARD FOR EVERY DETAINEES AND RECAPTURED AGAIN FOR SAME OFFENSE MAYBE HAVE SOME ANOTHER ISSUES BUT ANY DETAINEES CAN HAVE A ONE CHANCE OR A CHANCE TO RELEASE FROM DETENTIONS AND FORGIVE BY OUR GOVERNMENT IN REBELLION.  ACCORDING TO CPP-NPA-NDF WEBSITE AT http://www.philippinerevolution.net/ THE CPP-NPA-NDF DEMAND FOR THE RESUME OF PEACE TALKS AND RELEASE OF POLITICAL DETAINEES. WE HOPE OUR PRESIDENT GIVE AMNESTY AND BULK OF RELEASE ON POLITICAL DETAINEES THIS CHRISTMAS, GIVE THEM A CHANCE FOR NEW LIFE.  THE NDF CONSULTANTS IN JASIG SHOULD BE RELEASE FIRST FOR PEACE TALKS NEGOTIATIONS AND THOSE CONSULTANTS WERE GIVEN BY THE GOVERNMENT TO STAND AGAIN AS PEACE TALK CONSULTANTS FOR THEY ARE ALREADY BEEN EXPOSED IN THE PEACE TALKS NEGOTIATIONS AND ABUSED BY THE GOVERNMENT IN THE NEGOTIATIONS ARRESTING THEM ILLEGALLY.  GIVE THOSE PEOPLE A CHANCE IN PARLIAMENTARY STRUGGLE FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE AS WE KNOW AND EXPERIENCING NOW OUR GOVERNMENT ARE RAMPANT IN CORRUPTIONS AND ABUSES.

WE ARE CONTINUE IN PROMOTING A GOOD GOVERNANCE AND IHL AND HUMAN RIGHTS ABIDANCE OF THE GOVERNMENT IN PEACE AND ORDER FACING INSURGENCY AND WE HOPE THE GOVERNMENT RELEASE THE DETAINEES AND GIVE THEM A NEW CHANCE THIS CHRISTMAS.

WE PROMOTE THE IMPLEMENTATION AND ACHIEVED THE RIGHT TO ADEQUATE STANDARD LIVING AND EQUAL JUSTICE. WE PROMOTE THE FULL IMPLEMENTATIONS OF HUMAN RIGHTS.  WE PROMOTE THE GOOD GOVERNANCE START IN HUMAN RIGHTS BASED GOVERNANCE AND EQUAL JUSTICE TO HAVE GOOD IMPLEMENTATIONS OF GOVERNMENT....

Two NPA members surrender to 34IB

Camp Lukban, Catbalogan City, Samar – Two (2) members of the New People’s Army surrendered to military authorities in Northern Samar on Sunday, October 27, 2013.

Ruel C. Sirse, aka Bulay and Melly C. Esponilla, aka Mica, NPA squad member and NPA Medic, respectively, voluntarily surrendered to soldiers of the 34th Infantry Battalion under Lt Colonel Rodrigo Ilustrisimo. The government troops were conducting peace and development activities in Barangay Rizal, Gamay, Northern Samar when they were approached by the surrenderees. The duo brought along with them one (1) .45 Caliber pistol with three (3) magazines and 20 live bullets.

Under the AFP Guns For Peace Program, they will receive P25,000.00 in exchange for the firearm they surrendered. Each of them is also entitled to receive P50,000.00 livelihood assistance and P15,000.00 immediate assistance from the Office of the Presidential Assistant for Peace Process (OPAPP) under its Comprehensive Local Social Integration Program (CLIP). They can further avail of Local Social Integration Program of the Local Government Unit in Northern Samar.

During the interview aka Bulay and aka Mica admitted that they are live-in partners and they decided to surrender because they wish to raise a family away from harm and violence. “Upon learning of the new program of the AFP which is the Gun for Peace Program, they were encouraged to surrender and avail of the program.”

These surrenderees will receive financial assistance from the Gun for Peace Program (GPP) of the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace Process (OPAPP) with the corresponding amount depending on the type of their firearms surrendered.

The Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) today said Benigno Aquino III's stubborn defense of the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP), the Presidential Special Fund (SPF) and the rest of the presidential and congressional pork barrel system is causing his further isolation from the Filipino people.

Aquino went on television last night and delivered a 10-minute speech defending the widely-condemned DAP, SPF and presidential and congressional pork barrel system, insisting that he is not a thief and there is no thievery under his rule.

Justice Secretary Leila de Lima has created a panel of prosecutors to pursue the cases of rebellion and violation of international humanitarian law filed against Moro National Liberation Front founding chair Nur Misuari and other MNLF leaders and members who led the bloody attack on Zamboanga City last September, according to a report by the Philippine Daily Inquirer on November 1. Misuari and his right-hand man Ustadz Habier Malik are still at large.
