Kaisa ang Partido Komunista ng Pilipinas sa mamamayang Pilipino sa mariing pagtuligsa sa brutal na pagpatay ng isang sundalong Amerikano sa isang Pilipina sa Olongapo City noong Oktubre 12.
Sinusuportahan ng PKP at lahat ng rebolusyonaryong pwersa ang pamilya at mga kaibigan ng biktimang si Jennifer Laude sa kanilang mga hakbangin upang matamo ang katarungan. Puspusan ang hangarin ng sambayanang Pilipino na makamit ang hustisya para kay Jennifer, para sa lahat ng tulad niyang biktima ng krimen ng mga sundalong Amerikano at para sa buong bayan sa nagpapatuloy na paglapastangan sa kanyang kalayaan.
