AFP joins the Asia-Pacific Chiefs of Defense virtual conference

Top military officials from Asia-Pacific countries met online to discuss regional security and cooperation.

 

Vice Admiral Gaudenco Collado Jr, the Vice Chief of Staff of the AFP represented the Philippines in the said conference.

 

The Chiefs of Defense 2020 virtual conference was attended by 28 countries on August 24-25 (Hawaii time) hosted by the United States of America and Fiji. The conference was initially scheduled to commence physically in Fiji but was held virtually due to COVID19 pandemic.
