FORT BONIFACIO, Taguig City – The Philippine Army remembers the courage and gallantry in action shown by our Filipino soldiers as it joins the 63rd Anniversary of the Battle of Yuldong today, April 23, at the Korean War Memorial Pylon, Libingan ng mga Bayani in Taguig City.

A wreath laying ceremony and a commemorative program was conducted with His Excellency Lee Hyuk, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the Philippines as the guest of honor.

For almost two months now, the AFP has been mounting intense military operations and going on a fascist rampage in a cluster of sub-villages in Barangay Palma Gil, Talaingod, Davao del Norte. Since the first week of March, battalions of troops from the Armed Forces of the Philippines have been sowing terror in this area. The 68th and 60th IB and the 4th Special Forces have been concentrating on eight sub-villages in Palma Gil, spurring more than 1,300 Ata-Manobo tribespeople to flee. They are currently seeking refuge with church people and other concerned groups in Davao City. (with subtitles in English)

TIONGZON ARE CONCERNED TO DEATH OF THOSE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY ARE PARAMILITAY KILLERS OF 3RD ID.  THE PERSON KILLED BY THOSE RPA-ABB AND OTHER MILITARY DEATH SQUAD ARE CIVILIANS AND NOT NPA OR ARMED COMBATANT OF NPA AS SUBJECT OF MILITARY ACTIONS AND EVEN THOUGH THOSE ARE NPA COMBATANT THEY NEED TO APPLY THE DUE PROCESS OR PROTOCOL OF POLICING MATTERS WITH WARRANT OF ARREST AND ALSO THE CARHRIHL PROTOCOL IF THE SUBJECT IS ARMED COMBATANT OF NPA ALONE AND THIS KIND OF POSITION CAN BE EASILY ARRESTED.   THE PEOPLE KILLED BY THE NPA ARE ARMED AND UNDER THE MILITARY ACTIONS OF NPA ACCORDING TO THEM AND THEY ARE RPA-ABB.

13 NPA rebels yield in ComVal

Of the 13, two are women. Six are from the NPA Front Committee 15, while seven are from the NPA Front Committee 20 -- all under the Southern Mindanao Regional Committee. Lieutenant Col. Michael Logico, commander of the 66th Infantry Battalion, said the former rebels decided to return to the fold of the law when they realized that they're just allegedly used by the group to harass, intimidate, and extort people.

Based on the reports from ground units, the group of Abu Sayaff Group under Furiji Indama threatened and demanded extortion money on the ongoing construction of Magcawa-Albarka. At about 2:25 in the morning, elements of 3SRB and JSOU2 encountered Abu Sayyaf Group under FURIJI INDAMA at So. Pansul, Brgy Silungkom, Tipo-Tipo, Basilan firefight lasted for about 45 minutes. At about 7:45 in the morning, elements of 18IB led by Lt Col CJ Paolo P Perez with 2LT Aaron Jake B Bungag while occupying blocking position at Brgy. Baguindan, Tipo-Tipo, BP encountered more or less 60 Abu Sayaff Group and LLEs under Basir Kaguran and Nurhassan Jamiri. Firefight is still on going.

What he failed to mention was that these were armed enemy combatants subject to military actions in the prusuit of armed revolution. He maliciously threw in the name of a certain Gina Gestalao whom the NPA have never subjected to armed action nor even know of.

The historic signing of the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro (CAB) on March 27, 2014 at Malacanang ground after a tumultuous 17-year peace negotiations were hailed not only by the Bangsamoro people but also local, regional, national and world leaders and even Non- Muslims or non-Moros in Mindanao. Local and international peace and development partners also expressed the same tone of appreciation and thanked the Philippines Government (GPH) and Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) for the very significant progress in the peace talks.

THE CPP-NPA-NDF ACCORDING TO THEIR WEBSITE ISSUES TODAY THEY INITIATES TO GOVERNMENT TO ENTER INTO PEACE AGREEMENT AND LAY THEIR PROGRAMS TO START TO TALK ON THE PEACE PROCESS NEGOTIATIONS AND PROCESS IN ITS DIFFERENT CATEGORIES LIKE CASER AND OTHERS SPECIALLY THE JASIG AGREEMENT TO COMPLY IN THIS AGREEMENT AS ESSENTIAL IN PEACE PROCESS FOR THE PEACE CONSULTANTS PASSES IN THE PEACE PROCESS.  WHY THIS PROBLEM OCCUR IN THE PEACE PROCESS IF THERE IS AGREEMENT AGREED BY BOTH PARTY? WHO ARE THE CPP-NPA-NDF CONSULTANT HAS TO PARTICIPATE IN PEACE PROCESS AND GUARANTEED SAFETY BY THE GOVERNMENT KNOWN TO OPPAP AND OTHER GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS WHO HAS ACCESS TO THIS MATTER.  HOW THE COMMITTEE AND THE PEACE TABLE NEGOTIATOR WILL WORK OUT AND WHO ARE THE PERSONS TO FACE AND WILL IN THIS PEACE PROCESS FROM GPH AND CPP-NPA-NDF.  ACCORDING TO THE PEACE PROCESS STEPS AND AGREEMENT THERE IS JASIG AND UNDER THIS AGREEMENT ALL THE CPP-NPA-NDF CONSULTANTS SHOULD LISTED IN THIS AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE THEIR SAFETY IN WORKING IN PEACE PROCESS PARTICULAR IN COMMITTEE LIKE CASER AND OTHER PEACE PROCESS CATEGORIES.  THE GOVERNMENT HAS TO CLARIFY IN MEDIA ABOUT THE PEACE PROCESS STEPS AND AGREEMENT IN ORDER TO PERFORM IT AND WHY THIS ILLEGAL ARREST HAPPENED.  ARE THOSE ARRESTED BENITO TIAMZON AND WILMA AUSTRIA AND OTHER ARRESTED ARE NOT PEACE PROCESS CONSULTANTS AND PROTECTED UNDER JASIG AGREEMENTS AS CLAIMED BY THE CPP-NPA-NDF ARE THEIR PEACE CONSULTANTS AND PROTECTED UNDER JASIG.  

WE WOULD LIKE THE GPH AND CPP-NPA-NDF WILL CONDUCT INVENTORY IN MEDIA EVEN UNDER CODE OR SERIAL NUMBER AND MATCH THE NAMES OR SERIAL NUMBER AND CODE OF THE PERSON SHOULD GUARANTEE IN PEACE TABLE OR PEACE PROCESS TO MAKE SURE THE GOVERNMENT ARE TRULY ABIDING THE JASIG AGREEMENT AND IF THEY ARE NOT RESPECTING THIS AGREEMENT HOW THEY FACE THE WORKING COMMITTEE IN PEACE PROCESS.  THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMENTARY AND CRITICISM IN THE GOVERNMENT THEY ARE ABUSING THE PEACE PROCESS WITH CPP-NPA-NDF ARRESTING THE PEACE CONSULTANTS OF CPP-NPA-NDF WHOM PROTECTED BY THE JASIG WHICH THE GOVERNMENT HAS LEAKS TO THOSE PEACE CONSULTANT AND THEY ARE TRYING TO IMPLICATE THEM ON ANY FALSE ALLEGATIONS.  THE GOVERNMENT TARGETING THOSE PEACE CONSULTANTS HAVING HIGHER POSITION IN THE CPP-NPA-NDF AND CHARGING THEM A CASE TO DISMANTLE THE CPP-NPA-NDF LEADERSHIP.                

AGAIN WE PROMOTE TO CPP-NPA-NDF AND GPH TO PUBLICIZED THE CODE OR ANY SERIAL NUMBER OF THE PEACE CONSULTANTS OF CPP-NPA-NDF TO MAKE SURE THEIR SAFETY IN ANY ARREST.  THERE MUST BE WITNESS IN CIVIL SOCIETY LIKE MEDIA OR ONLINE PUBLICATIONS OF THE PEACE CONSULTANTS ETC ETC WHO ARE THE PEACE CONSULTANT TO PARTICIPATE AND THEY ARE PROTECTED UNDER JASIG FOR SURE SAFETY.  WE PROMOTE AND CONSULT ALSO TO CPP-NPA-NDF TO TASK A PERSON TO BE PUBLICLY KNOWN AS PEACE CONSULTANT OF CPP-NPA-NDF TO BE WORK IN ANY WORKING COMMITTEE OF THE PEACE PROCESS TO BE SURELY SAFE IN ILLEGAL ARREST AND VIOLATIONS OF THE JASIG AGREEMENT.  IF THE CPP-NPA-NDF DOES NOT LIKE THOSE CPP-NPA-NDF TO BE PUBLICLY KNOWN AS PEACE CONSULTANT TO JOIN IN PEACE PROCESS THE PUBLICATION OF SERIAL NUMBER OR CODE IS A GOOD IDEA OR THERE MUST BE WITNESS LIKE MEDIA OR CIVIL SOCIETY ON THEIR CODE AND SERIAL NUMBER AS PEACE CONSULTANTS TO PROTECT THEM IN ILLEGAL ARREST AND VIOLATIONS OF JASIG. Tribal leaders, Town Mayor Deny Military Abuses in DavNor

NSFA, Panacan, Davao City- Tribal leaders and Mayor Basilio Libayao of Talaingod, Davao del Norte denied the allegations of the militant groups of abuses committed by the military against the Indigenous Peoples (IPs) in the area following the evacuation of Talaingod Manobo families (tribes) to Davao City during a press conference in Talaingod Municipal Hall Monday noon. Mayor Libayao and the tribal leaders said that “for truth and peace, there were no abuses committed by the soldiers in the area. If indeed there are, then I myself will defend my people, he said.” The mayor also revealed that “the residents were discreetly gathered by a group called PASAKA at night to leave their residences in order to make it appear that the soldiers on peace outreach in the area commited abuses.”

Tiamzons Camp’s False Accusation a Diversion from Murder Charges

CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City – The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) supported law enforcement operations conducted by the Philippine National Police Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) which led to the legal arrest of top New People’s Army (NPA) leaders, Benito and Wilma Tiamzon last March 22 in Cebu.

Taking part in the intelligence buildup, the AFP assisted the PNP-CIDG who served the warrant against the couple. The CIDG followed due process and diligence in ensuring that all items recovered from the couple and five others who were arrested with them were accounted properly.

Nais ni Secretary Deles na talikdan ng rehimeng Aquino ang mga obligasyon nitong tumalima sa mga umiiral na kasunduanng pangkapayapaan na nilagdaan ng Gubyerno ng Republika ng Pilipinas (GRP/GPH) sa National Democratic Front of the Philippines (NDFP). Ang kanyang makitid na dahilan ay gawing isang "usapin na lamang ng pamamaraan" ang pagtalima sa Joint Agreement on Safety and Immunity Guarantees (JASIG) ng 1995.

Hindi isang "usapin lamang ng pamamaraan" ang pagtalima sa The Hague Joint Declaration (1992), sa JASIG (1995), at sa Comprehensive Agreement on Respect for Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law (CARHRIHL). Binibigkis ng mga kasunduang ito ang magkabilang panig at esensyal ang mga ito para kamtin ang makatarungang kapayapaan sa pamamagitan ng mga negosasyon. Nangangailangan ito ng palabra de honor. Sino ang magtitiwala sa gubyernong hindi tumatalima sa mga kasunduan at kontratang pinasok nito?

MILF Officials attend “Ka-PEACEtahan ng Maguindanao

Several high-ranking officials of the MILF graced the grand kanduli (thanksgiving feast) sponsored by the Provincial Government of Maguindanao last April 6 at the town of Buluan.

Dubbed also as “Ka-PEACEtahan ng Maguindanao”, the occasion was dedicated to the March 27, 2014 signing of the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro (CAB) in Malacañan.

Leading the MILF delegation were First Vice-Chairman Ghadzali Jaafar, Chief Negotiator and BTC Chairman Mohagher Iqbal, Shari’ah Chairman Ustadz Khalifa Nando and Central Committee Secretary Muhammad Ameen.
