"Train all soldiers, empower them" - CGPA gives orders to commanders

The Philippine Army accorded arrival honors to the 21 newly promoted generals who recently affirmed their oath of office at the Headquarters Philippine Army, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City on May 15, 2024.

Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Roy M. Galido extended his congratulations to the promoted generals and advised them to continuously train all subordinates to ensure that their skills are relevant in the dynamic environment.

"The transformation we need for the Philippine Army is to focus our resources to train our people. Commanders, train your personnel, empower them to acquire new skills, new knowledge, because that is the only way to improve the respective output of our soldiers,” the Army Chief remarked.
